This was my worst crash to date!  We were at Cheaha mountain in Alabama.  We had just ridden HWY 49, a great twisty road with nice elevation changes around each curve.  I told the group I wanted to go ride it again, turned around and headed down the road.  Apparently I was going too fast, and missed a curves completely.  I was going about 65 when I went off road, hit a rock, flipped up hit a tree and then the bike landed about 8 feet away resting between 2 trees.  I have no idea where I landed or what happened exactly.  They found me sitting on a log with all my gear off with a dazed look on my face.  I had a slight concussion, bruised back, ankle and calf.  I was repeating myself in a three minute cycle.  I spent a night in the hospital under observation and was released the next day!  Thanks to all my friends that helped me out!!  Especially Chris & Heather Duckett!!!  Bike was totaled!
